Symantec Netbackup appliance

I need a solution

 

Hi experts,

i have new Symantec appliance 5220, i power on the box and i started following the documentation getting started for the appliance,

initially i login using the user interface in web browser with IP http://192.168.1.1 from my laptop i was doing the public network interface,

which did not completed coz we don't have a DNS server which is must seems to complete the configuration,

but suddenly i was not able to re-login again with same user/password with bellow error msg:

 

"Login failed. Please contact your System Administrator."

 kindlly find the attached also,

any suggestions?
